Unfamiliar music makes customers shop longer. Slow music results in slow customer movement Consumers react more positively when there is continuity and coherence in an atmosphere design (for example relaxing lavender scent with slow paced music) Peak arousal is in music that is either very relaxing or very exciting. The more pleasure and arousal from the music, the more they wanted a buyer-seller interaction.

Any other suggestions?
